Annual Church Service 2011

Newbuildings Victoria LOL No.1087 held their 9th Annual Church Service on Sunday 13th June 2011 in Newbuildings Methodist Church, the service was conducted by Rev J. Brownlee Glenny. The Mayor of Londonderry; Alderman Maurice Devenney was in attendance and Major Alan McPeak MBE attended on behalf of The Royal Irish Regiment Benevolent Fund. Brethren, Ladies, Junior Boys and Girls were lead to and from the church by The Churchill Flute Band. The collection during the service was in aid of The Royal Irish Regiment Benevolent Fund to which £300 was raised. The Worshipful Master of LOL No.1087 would like to thank all that attended and contributed to the worthwhile cause.
